Visualisation: A sky filled with swirling storm clouds, each one holding a repeating thought. As the listener breathes, clouds begin to drift apart, revealing a blue sky beneath.

Visualisation: Walking a winding forest path where fog obscures the way. A glowing guide (internal or external) appears to lead gently forward through uncertainty.

Affirmation: “I may not know the path, but I know how to walk it.”
Anxiety from emotional caretaking, problem-solving mode
Visualisation: A backpack overloaded with emotional weights, each tagged with someone else's name. As the listener breathes, they gently return the weights to the earth and walk lighter.
Healing Outcome: Boundaries, release of hyper-responsibility
Affirmation: “It’s not all mine to carry.”
Fear of being overwhelming, emotional shame, masking
Visualisation: A stage with a spotlight. The listener steps into the light, revealing colour, sound, and vibrancy. The crowd softens into warm acceptance as they are simply witnessed.
Healing Outcome: Self-acceptance, emotional authenticity
Affirmation: “I am not too much. I am enough exactly as I am.”
